Tripoli, September 26, 2026 (LANA) – Massad Boulos, Advisor to the US President for Arab and African Affairs, stated that he discussed the future path in Libya with Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, emphasizing the importance of building on recent momentum to advance the political process and unify state institutions.
In a post on the "X" platform, Boulos explained that the discussions addressed support for a Libyan-led path toward unified governance and the holding of national elections.
He added that Turkey is a key partner in supporting efforts aimed at achieving a stable, unified, and prosperous Libya.
