Qaderbouh discusses strengthening oversight cooperation with the head of Kuwait's Anti-Corruption Authority

Doha, September 22, 2026 (LANA) – The Chairman of the Administrative Control Authority, Abdullah Qaderbouh, met today, Tuesday, with the Chairperson of the Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority (Nazaha), Rana Abdullah Al-Fares, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise in the areas of oversight, integrity, transparency, and the prevention and combating of corruption.

This meeting took place in the Qatari capital, Doha, on the sidelines of Qaderbouh's official visit to Qatar. The two sides discussed several areas of oversight work of mutual interest, mechanisms for benefiting from shared experiences and expertise, and developing oversight methods.

The meeting also addressed training and capacity-building programs, human and institutional capacity development, and explored areas of cooperation in developing the skills and efficiency of employees in oversight bodies.

Al-Fares expressed the Kuwait Anti-Corruption Authority's readiness to strengthen cooperation with the Administrative Control Authority and expand areas of expertise exchange, particularly in aspects related to evidence gathering and administrative control.
