Al-Baour discusses strengthening bilateral relations and joint coordination between Libya and Tunisia with Al-Nafti

New York, September 21, 2026 (LANA) – Taher Al-Baour, the official in charge of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, met today, Monday, in New York with Mohamed Al-Nafti, Tunisia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration, and Tunisians Abroad, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations and joint coordination between the two countries.
The meeting focused on enhancing bilateral ties and joint coordination, particularly regarding the meetings taking place during the High-Level Week of the UN General Assembly.
The two sides also exchanged views on regional developments and issues of mutual interest, emphasizing the importance of continued consultation to serve the interests of both countries and their brotherly peoples.
