Tripoli, September 15, 2026 (LANA) – The First Deputy Head of the High Council of State, Naji Mukhtar, met on Tuesday with the Chadian Ambassador to Libya, Tahir Assou Youssef, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations and coordination between the two countries.
According to the High Council of State, the meeting addressed several issues of mutual interest, as well as ways to enhance relations and coordination between Libya and Chad in a manner that fosters cooperation between the two nations.
Emphasis was also placed on the importance of maintaining communication and consultation, and developing areas of cooperation to serve the shared interests of the Libyan and Chadian peoples.
