Benghazi, September 14, 2026 (LANA) – The official spokesman for the House of Representatives, Abdullah Blihaq, categorically denied on Monday the circulating reports regarding any proposed salary increase for members of the House.

In a brief statement to the Libyan News Agency (LANA), Blihaq affirmed that these reports are baseless, denying the existence of any proposal to raise the salaries of the House members.
