Bin Ghalbon discusses strengthening bilateral relations with the British Ambassador across a number of areas

Tripoli, September 13, 2026 (LANA) – The Minister of State for Prime Ministerial and Cabinet Affairs, Mohamed Ben Ghalbon, met on Sunday with the United Kingdom’s Ambassador to Libya, Martin Reynolds, to review issues of mutual interest and discuss ways to strengthen relations and cooperation between the two countries.

The meeting, which was attended by the Director of the European Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Abu Bakr Wanis, addressed the development of academic cooperation and the exchange of scientific expertise between the two nations.

According to the "Hukumatna" platform, the British Ambassador handed over a written message from the UK Prime Minister to the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbeibah, during the meeting.
