NOC Hosts a Workshop in Cooperation with MetaMinds.

Tripoli, 13 September 2026 (Lana) On September 9 and 10, the Technical and Administrative Development Center, part of the National Oil Corporation’s (NOC) General Department of Human Resources Development, organized a specialized workshop in collaboration with experts from MetaMinds International’s Tunisia branch. 

The NOC stated on its official website that the workshop focused on how artificial intelligence (AI) tools can improve the efficiency of human resources management and help strengthen the skills of the sector’s workforce.

The workshop reviewed the latest AI technologies and advanced analytics, along with discussions on developing smarter training strategies, ones that identify skill needs and enhance employee performance through tailored approaches. It also covered the use of advanced analytics in talent management, including predictive modeling to more effectively attract expertise and deploy skilled personnel.

This initiative reflects the NOC’s commitment to developing human capital, keeping pace with digital transformation, and strengthening Arab cooperation and knowledge exchange with leading regional companies to establish a modern work environment within the Libyan oil sector based on innovation and advanced technology.
