Local Government Ministry discusses projects targeted for implementation in Zawiya Central Municipality with the Mayor

Tripoli, September 6, 2026 (LANA) — The Deputy Minister of Local Government for Development Affairs discussed with the Mayor of Zawiya Central Municipality proposals for projects targeted for implementation in the municipality.

During the meeting, the two sides also discussed projects being implemented by executive agencies within the municipality’s jurisdiction and the progress achieved in their implementation.

The Deputy Minister stressed the importance of continued coordination between the Ministry and the municipality in order to support project implementation, contribute to local development, and improve the level of services provided to citizens.
