Saleh extended his greetings and appreciation to all officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers of the Libyan Arab Armed Forces, in their various locations and units, who perform their national duty with honor and dedication, proving every day that belonging to the military institution is an honor, a responsibility, and a sacrifice, and that protecting the homeland is not merely a task, but a covenant and commitment to Libya and its people.
