Qaderbouh discusses health projects and project contract follow-up with Ben Ghalbon

Tripoli, August 3, 2026 (LANA) – The Head of the Administrative Control Authority, Abdullah Qaderbouh, met at the Authority's headquarters in Tripoli with the Minister of State for Prime Ministerial and Cabinet Affairs, Mohammed Bin Ghalbon, to discuss the performance of public entities and the level of implementation of government decisions and programs.

According to the Administrative Control Authority, the meeting addressed the extent to which public entities and sectors adhere to legislation, regulations, and controls governing administrative work, the monitoring of implementation of government decisions, and the progress of government programs and projects.

The two sides discussed mechanisms for monitoring the implementation of development and service projects in the country, particularly those related to the health sector, and the stages of project contract implementation. This aims to ensure the level of achievement and adherence to timelines, regulations, and approved procedures. They also discussed measures to address problems and difficulties that may affect workflow or hinder the achievement of set objectives.

The head of the authority emphasized the importance of adhering to the directives of oversight bodies and activating the results of monitoring to support decision-making and address observations, thereby ensuring sound management of public resources and funds, enhancing institutional performance, and contributing to the achievement of government objectives and the public interest.
