Benghazi, August 2, 2026 (LANA) – The National Oil Corporation (NOC) held a meeting with the Arabian Gulf Oil Company (AGOCO) to discuss the most prominent operational challenges facing the company and ways to address them to ensure efficient operations.

Today's meeting included specialized visual and technical presentations covering the activities of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Reservoir Engineering, Production, and Drilling departments. The meeting also included a presentation of the production increase plan for the period 2026-2027, during which performance indicators were reviewed, key operational challenges were discussed, and proposed development programs were examined.

The meeting is scheduled to continue tomorrow with discussions on the remaining technical aspects of several departments, culminating in final recommendations that support the NOC's objectives.
