Tripoli, June 28, 2026 (LANA) – The Minister of State for Prime Minister and Cabinet Affairs, Mohammed bin Ghalbon, issued a circular to ministers, heads of authorities, institutions, departments, agencies, and centers affiliated with the Cabinet, and mayors, prohibiting them from communicating or dealing with foreign organizations without prior authorization from the Prime Minister's office.
According to the "Our Government" platform, the circular stipulates that no action related to communication, cooperation, holding meetings, or entering into any arrangements or agreements with foreign organizations may be taken without prior authorization from the Prime Minister's office, in accordance with the directives of the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity.
The circular emphasized that requests for authorization and coordination must be submitted through the Government Contact Center before commencing any activity or communication with foreign organizations. This ensures standardized procedures, enhanced coordination among public entities, and adherence to established regulations.
