Indian Diplomatic Delegation arrives in Tripoli.

Tripoli, 28 June 2026 (Lana)—Director of the General Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Taher Hussein, met yesterday with the Assistant Secretary of the Ministry of External Affairs for West Asia and North Africa Affairs of India, Suresh Kumar Manikom, and his accompanying delegation, who are on an official visit to Libya.
Taher commended the strong friendship and cooperation between Libya and India, stressing the ministry's commitment to provide necessary facilities to ensure the success of the official visit to enhance bilateral relations and develop joint cooperation between the two countries in various areas of common interest.
For his part, Suresh Kumar expressed his country’s desire to consolidate cooperation with Libya and enhance communication and coordination to serve the common interests of the two friendly countries.
