Cairo, 24 June 2026 (Lana)—Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty and Greek Foreign Minister Giorgos Gerapetritis discussed regional developments, particularly the situation in Libya, during a phone call yesterday, emphasizing the importance of continued coordination and consultation between their countries to support security and stability in the region and bolster efforts to address current regional challenges.
The call was part of the ministers' regular communication to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations and exchange views on regional and international issues of mutual interest, given the strategic relationship between Egypt and Greece.
