Benghazi, June 7, 2026 (LANA) – The Second Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Misbah Douma, met today, Sunday, with the Chairman of the Planning, Finance, and General Budget Committee, Omar Tantoush, and the Chairman of the Legislative and Constitutional Committee, Ramadan Shambash, to discuss the draft Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Law.

The spokesperson for the House of Representatives, Abdullah Blihaq, stated that the meeting reviewed observations related to the law and exchanged views to facilitate the completion of the necessary legislative procedures.
