Tahala Municipality Urges Residents of Several Neighborhoods to Evacuate

Tahala, May 28, 2026 (LANA) – The Tahala Municipality today urged residents of the Al-Ghalaba, Al-Khamsin, Iskan, and part of Al-Saniya neighborhoods to immediately evacuate their homes and take precautions in anticipation of any emergency resulting from the arrival of floodwaters in the area.

The municipality, through its official page, called on everyone to cooperate with emergency teams, security forces, and the Red Crescent, and to stay away from wadis and areas where water accumulates to ensure their safety.

It is worth noting that the municipality announced a state of alert and raised its level of preparedness yesterday, Wednesday, due to the weather fluctuations the municipality is experiencing.
