Mnifi meets German Ambassador After His End of Term

Tripoli, May 21, 2026 (LANA) – The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Mnifi, commended the efforts of the German Ambassador to Libya, Ralph Tarraf, on Thursday, for strengthening cooperation between Tripoli and Berlin and his contributions to developing bilateral relations between the two countries.

This came during his meeting with the Ambassador on the occasion of the end of his term in Libya.

According to the Presidential Council's media office, Al-Mnifi expressed his appreciation for the efforts made by the German Ambassador throughout his tenure in Libya, emphasizing that his effective contributions had a significant impact on strengthening joint cooperation and developing bilateral relations between Libya and Germany.

For his part, Ralph Tarraf praised the cooperation he received from the Head of the Presidential Council throughout his diplomatic duties in Libya, wishing Libya and its people prosperity, peace, and stability.
