NOC wins the case brought by Itrak in Curaçao.

Tripoli, 5 May 2026 (Lana) On April 28th, the Court of Appeal in Curaçao issued its ruling rejecting Itrak's appeal against the Libyan state and the shareholders of Oil Investments Company (LIA, NOC, LFB), upholding the initial ruling.
The NOC stated on its official website that this decision means the continued lifting of the freeze on the shares of Libyan parties, including the NOC, in Oil Investments Company, which was imposed based on the initial ruling.
