The Presidential Council discusses the Administrative Control Authority's report and the performance development plan until 2030.

Tripoli, April 27, 2026 (LANA) – The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Menfi, and the Council's Deputy Head, Abdullah Al-Lafi, held a meeting today, Monday, at the Council's headquarters with the Head of the Administrative Control Authority, Abdullah Qaderbouh.
The meeting included an extensive discussion of the annual report issued by the Administrative Control Authority. The most prominent observations and violations identified in the report were reviewed, along with the procedures and measures taken by the Authority to address them within the approved legal frameworks.
The meeting also addressed the strategic plan launched by the Authority for the period (2025-2030), which includes development programs aimed at raising the efficiency of oversight performance and strengthening the principles of transparency and accountability.
The meeting also touched upon the latest developments regarding the closing of the final accounts for the years (2011-2020). The Authority stressed the need to expedite the completion of the closing procedures urgently, given its significant impact on achieving financial discipline and enhancing the credibility of the state's financial data.
