Al-Namroush discusses workflow and strengthening institutional coordination with department directors

Tripoli, April 21, 2026 (LANA) – The Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army, Salah al-Din al-Namroush, met today, Tuesday, with the directors of departments under the General Staff to discuss workflow and identify the most significant difficulties and challenges facing the various departments.
The Libyan Army's Moral Guidance Department stated on its official page that the meeting addressed a number of obstacles hindering performance, emphasizing the importance of overcoming these difficulties and providing the necessary resources to ensure highly efficient operations.
During the meeting, al-Namroush stressed the need to strengthen coordination among the different departments and to work as a unified team, which would contribute to raising the level of readiness and improving institutional performance within the General Staff.
At the conclusion of the meeting, it was agreed to establish practical mechanisms to address bottlenecks and develop the work environment to meet the requirements of the current phase and enhance the efficiency of the military institution.
