Tripoli – April 15, 2026 (LANA) – Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Abdul Hamid Dbaiba, appointed Mohammed Omar Ben Ghalbon as Minister of State for Prime Minister and Cabinet Affairs.

Article Two of the decision, issued under number (136) of 2026, stipulates that it shall be effective from the date of its issuance, superseding any conflicting provisions, and obligating the relevant authorities to implement it.
