Abou Ghaffa discusses joint cooperation with the Foreign Minister of Niger

Tripoli, April 13, 2026 (LANA) – The Minister of Finance of the Government of National Unity, Rashid Abu Ghaffa, met today, Monday, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Niger, Bakary Yao Sangare, to discuss a number of issues and files of common interest.
The Ministry explained that the meeting was held on the occasion of the Minister's official visit to Libya and the reopening of the headquarters of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD).
