NOC Chairman Follows Developments Regarding the Grounded Russian Tanker

Tripoli, April 8, 2026 (LANA) – The Chairman of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), Masoud Suleiman, followed up on the latest developments concerning the grounded Russian tanker.

The Chairman stressed the importance of continued coordination and close monitoring through the committee representative and the Director General of the NOC branch, Munir Ali Al-Maghribi, directing that all procedures be facilitated and obstacles overcome to ensure the success of the committee's mission.

The NOC clarified its commitment to supporting the efforts of the relevant committees and maintaining continuous communication with them, ensuring that work proceeds according to approved procedures and achieving the highest levels of administrative and technical discipline in handling related matters.
