The National Oil Corporation: Oil sales revenues for last March amounted to (1.99) billion dollars.

Tripoli, April 6, 2026 (LANA) – The National Oil Corporation announced that it collected $1.99 billion from oil sales and royalties during the month of March.

According to data published by the National Oil Corporation (NOC) on Monday regarding oil and gas production, revenues, and the budget received for March 2026:

Total production reached 40,430,388 barrels. Libya's share was 31,346,644 barrels, while the partners' share was 7,901,423 barrels, and 7,408,352 barrels were available for export.

The NOC clarified that crude oil exports consisted of 27,158,339 barrels, refined at 3,773,197 barrels, and supplied to power plants (Ubari and Mellitah) at 415,108 barrels, for a total of 77,518,600 barrels.

Regarding gas, the corporation clarified that the amount of gas available for consumption was 73,554.8, while the amount used was 52,995.3. The amount of acidic and low-pressure hydrocarbon gases was 12,533.

It explained that the transferred amount was $1,993,175,222.37, equivalent to 852,759,149.672 Libyan dinars.

The corporation noted that the value of fuel import credits through the Libyan Foreign Bank will be deducted from this amount, in accordance with the signed agreement. The remaining balance of $1.394 billion will be transferred to the Central Bank of Libya.

The corporation indicated that the first chapter – salaries – amounted to 327,792,250 Libyan dinars, while the second, third, and fourth chapters were 0.00 Libyan dinars.
