Tripoli, April 6, 2026 (LANA) – The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Menfi, held a meeting today, Monday, with the committee of economic experts he appointed to discuss urgent economic measures and develop effective solutions to redirect the national economy towards macroeconomic stability and sustainable growth.
The Presidential Council's media office stated that the committee submitted its first report and recommended that it be referred to the relevant authorities. The meeting also discussed a package of anticipated steps that the President intends to take in the coming period to strengthen the protection of the state's higher interests and safeguard the economic rights of citizens.
