Misrata, March 31, 2026 (LANA) – The first Libyan-Bosnian Business Forum kicked off today, Tuesday, in Misrata, with the participation of the mayor and members of the municipal council, along with a number of officials, business leaders, and representatives of economic institutions from Libya and Bosnia and Herzegovina. This initiative aims to strengthen economic cooperation and open new horizons for joint investment between the two countries.
The forum, held at the Libyan Iron and Steel Company, serves as a platform for exchanging expertise and exploring partnership opportunities in several vital sectors, contributing to economic development and enhancing bilateral relations.
The forum's program includes specialized dialogue sessions, as well as direct bilateral meetings between participating companies to discuss cooperation opportunities and explore the potential for implementing joint projects that achieve mutual interests and support economic integration.
The Misrata Municipality, in a post on its official page, emphasized the importance of economic openness and strengthening international cooperation to support development and achieve shared interests.
