Minister of Education Affirms Support for Developing the Educational Process

Tripoli, March 28, 2026 (LANA) – The Minister of Education in the Government of National Unity, Dr. Mohamed Al-Qaryu, conducted an inspection visit to the headquarters of the Educational Inspection and Guidance Department. During the visit, he reviewed the workflow and the mechanisms for implementing educational plans and programs.

The Minister met with the Head of the Department, Jamal Al-Azz, along with several branch directors and heads of local units. They considered the visit a show of support for the role of educational inspection and guidance, and a reflection of the Ministry's interest in one of the fundamental pillars of developing the educational process.

The Minister discussed with the Department officials the mechanisms of educational guidance, the most prominent challenges it faces, and ways to overcome them. In his remarks, he emphasized the importance of the Department's role in supporting teachers and raising the level of education.

This visit is part of a series of field visits carried out by the Ministry of Education, with the aim of monitoring the progress of work in various educational institutions, and identifying their needs, in order to improve the quality of education and achieve the desired goals.
