Tripoli – March 22, 2026 – (LANA) – The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Menfi, received a congratulatory telegram today, Sunday, from the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedow, on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
The telegram emphasized strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation between Libya and Turkmenistan.
