Tripoli – March 22, 2026 – (LANA) – The Russian Embassy in Libya reported that the Russian Ambassador to Libya, Aydar Aganin, met today, Sunday, with the new Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Libya, Ma Xueliang, to discuss the latest developments in Libya.

The Russian Embassy explained that the two sides also discussed the political process and the United Nations' efforts to advance a settlement in Libya, within the framework of their traditional bilateral coordination.
