Tripoli – March 16, 2026 (LANA) – Dr. Abdulqader Al-Zarouq, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education for Intermediate Technical Institutes, officially assumed his duties as part of the recent cabinet reshuffle by the Government of National Unity.

Following his assumption of duties, the Minister of Technical and Vocational Education, Khalaf Al-Saifaw, held a consultative meeting with the Undersecretary to discuss the Ministry's action plan aimed at developing the technical and vocational education sector.

The meeting addressed ways to enhance the quality of education in intermediate technical institutes, thereby improving their outcomes and aligning them with the needs of the labor market.
