Benghazi, February 5, 2026 (LANA) – The Shahat branch of the Anti-Illegal Immigration Agency deported 26 undocumented Egyptian migrants via the Amseid border crossing, in accordance with established legal procedures.

The agency's Derna branch also deported 110 undocumented Bangladeshi migrants who were apprehended while attempting to illegally cross the Libyan coast. Among them were individuals with outstanding security restrictions.

These migrants were transferred to the Benghazi branch of the Anti-Illegal Immigration Agency to complete the procedures for their deportation to their countries of origin. This is part of the agency's efforts to combat illegal immigration and enhance public security.
