Tripoli, February 3, 2026 (LANA) – Attorney General Al-Siddiq Al-Sour met today, Tuesday, with the Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General, Hanna Tetteh, and her deputy, Stephanie Khoury.

According to a statement published by the UN mission on its official page, Tetteh and Khoury discussed with Al-Sour the importance of efforts to preserve the unity of the judicial system, ensuring a credible, independent, and trustworthy constitutional judicial framework.

The discussions also addressed anti-corruption efforts and their importance in strengthening state institutions and meeting the needs of the Libyan people, which are essential for achieving stability in Libya.
