Tripoli, February 2, 2026 (LANA) – The General Authority for Hajj and Umrah Affairs announced today, Monday, that the Hajj lottery for the 1447 AH/2026 season will be held next Saturday, February 7.
In a statement, the Authority called on all registered pilgrims to attend the lottery starting at 10:00 AM at locations to be announced later.
The General Authority for Hajj and Umrah Affairs had announced on January 24 that the Government of National Unity would cover the costs of this year's Hajj, in its commitment to enabling citizens to perform the pilgrimage, supporting pilgrims to the Holy House of God, and alleviating their financial burdens.
