Al-Baour discusses with the Guinean ambassador coordination regarding support for the State of Libya within the African Union

Tripoli, January 27, 2026 (LANA) – The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Taher Al-Baour, met today with the Ambassador of the Republic of Guinea to Libya, Massa Kaba, to discuss bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways to strengthen them in various fields.
During the meeting, held at the Ministry headquarters in Tripoli, Al-Baour congratulated Kaba on assuming her post as ambassador to Libya, wishing her success in her diplomatic duties.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through its media office, the two sides reviewed prospects for joint cooperation and coordination regarding support for Libya within the African Union.
For her part, Ambassador Kaba expressed her gratitude for the warm welcome, affirming her country's readiness to expand bilateral cooperation in all areas.
