Tripoli, January 12, 2025 (LANA) – The President of the High Council of State, Mohamed Takala, met today, Monday, with the Minister of Transportation and Financial Advisor to the Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, Mohamed Al-Shahoubi, to discuss the financial situation and the disbursement mechanism to be followed in the coming period should the state's general budget for 2026 not be approved.
During the meeting, held at the Council's headquarters in Tripoli, the two sides discussed the completed phases of the Tripoli International Airport project, in addition to reviewing a number of ongoing projects across the country and their progress.
