Sirte, January 11, 2025 (LANA) – The President and members of the Supreme Judicial Council inaugurated the courts and prosecution complex in Sirte this morning, in the presence of several members of the judiciary and a number of the city's residents.

Following the inauguration ceremony, the Council held a meeting with all its members, during which a number of issues related to the judiciary were discussed. Several important decisions were made that will support and develop the judicial process in a way that serves the public interest and strengthens the independence of the judiciary.

Through the opening of the Sirte Court of Appeal, the Council seeks to implement its plans aimed at bringing justice closer to citizens and enhancing their access to the judicial system.
