Al-Menfi meets with delegations of elders and wise men from the cities of Murzuq and Zintan

Tripoli, January 11, 2026 (LANA) – The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Menfi, met today, Sunday, at the Council's headquarters in Tripoli, separately with two delegations of elders and wise men from the cities of Murzuq and Zintan.
According to the Presidential Council's media office, the meeting, which was also attended by Hammad Mohammed, a member of the High Council of State, addressed the progress of the national reconciliation project, the consolidation of the principles of transitional justice and reparations, and ways to rebuild and advance sustainable development in the Murzuq region.
His meeting with the Zintan delegation focused on discussing a number of important issues related to the general situation in Zintan.
