Al-Brega showcases its most prominent activities and achievements during 2025

Tripoli, January 8, 2026 (LANA) – Brega Oil Marketing Company reviewed its most prominent activities and achievements during 2025, at its first introductory meeting for 2026, held yesterday in the capital, Tripoli.
The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Fouad Balrahim, and attended by board members, general managers, department and office directors, and company coordinators. The meeting focused on reviewing the annual performance and evaluating results, as well as discussing the features of the next phase.
According to the company's official page on Thursday, the meeting addressed the implementation status of projects and operations across various regions of Libya, including the eastern, western, southern, and central regions, reviewing the progress achieved during the past year.
Attendees emphasized the importance of continuous improvement in institutional performance, particularly in light of the company's attainment of several ISO certifications, which reinforces its commitment to quality standards and aligns with global best practices.
Emphasis was also placed on strengthening health, safety, and environmental standards, along with developing the health insurance fund's services, which will positively impact the work environment and employee well-being.
Regarding digital transformation, the meeting discussed the development of new digital systems aimed at improving the company's administrative and financial operations and enhancing procedural efficiency and speed of completion.
The meeting also saw the announcement of the launch of the "Medad Cloud Platform" for library management, supporting the company's move towards digitalization. Enhancing institutional knowledge and facilitating access to knowledge content.
During the meeting, the Chairman of the Board emphasized the importance of continuous performance evaluation and the necessity of improving the efficiency of services provided, contributing to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives by 2026.
At the conclusion of the meeting, a ceremony was held to honor the Board of Directors of Brega Oil Company and a number of its leaders and employees in recognition of their outstanding efforts during the past year.
This recognition came from several labor unions in the oil sector, led by the head of the National Oil Corporation Employees Union, who praised the exceptional and distinguished performance achieved by Brega Oil Company during 2025.
