Tripoli, December 31, 2025 (LANA) – The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Menfi, received a number of congratulatory messages from kings, presidents, and leaders of countries around the world on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of Libya's independence and the arrival of the new year.

The messages expressed sincere congratulations and best wishes to the Libyan people on this momentous national occasion, praising the deep historical ties and relations of friendship and cooperation that bind their countries to Libya. They also affirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation in various fields to serve mutual interests and contribute to supporting security, stability, and development.
