Tripoli, December 30, 2025 (LANA) – The Central Bank of Libya announced that oil revenues deposited into its accounts exceeded one billion dollars during December.
In a statement issued Tuesday, the bank said that from the beginning of December until December 30, 2025, approximately $1.073 billion was deposited, in addition to $222 million in oil royalties, bringing the total deposited amount to $1.295 billion. The bank affirmed in its statement its continued commitment to conducting regular foreign currency sales at rates that meet the needs of the local market, thereby contributing to maintaining monetary stability and fulfilling the requirements of economic activity.
