Tripoli, December 23, 2025 (LANA) – The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Menfi, received a congratulatory telegram today, Tuesday, from His Excellency the President of the Republic of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa, on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of Libya's independence.

In his telegram, President Ramaphosa expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to the Head of the Presidential Council and the Libyan people on this national occasion, wishing Libya continued progress, prosperity, well-being, and stability.
