Tripoli, December 23, 2025 (LANA) – The Head of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Menfi, received a congratulatory telegram today, Tuesday, from His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of the Sultanate of Oman, on the occasion of the 74th anniversary of Libya's independence.

In his telegram, Sultan Haitham bin Tariq expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes to His Excellency the President and to the brotherly Libyan people on this cherished national occasion, hoping for Libya to establish security and stability and achieve the progress and prosperity its people aspire to at all levels.

The Sultan affirmed his hope that Libya will enjoy further advancement and prosperity, wishing it continued progress and stability.
