Tripoli, December 22, 2025 (LANA) – The newly appointed Ambassador of the Hellenic Republic to Libya, Ioannis Papamiltio, presented a copy of his credentials today to the Director of the General Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Taher Hussein, in preparation for commencing his diplomatic duties in the country.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through its media office, stated that the two sides discussed ways to enhance cooperation and coordination in the field of diplomatic relations, contributing to strengthening bilateral ties, serving the common interests of the two friendly countries, and helping to provide the best possible services to the Libyan and Greek peoples.
