Al-Baour Meets with Bangladeshi Ambassador.

Tripoli – December 22, 2025 (LANA) – The Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Government of National Unity, Taher Al-Baour, met today, Monday, with the Ambassador of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to Libya, Abu Al-Hasanat Muhammad Khair Al-Bashar, on the occasion of the end of his diplomatic mission as his country's ambassador to Libya.
The meeting addressed the course of bilateral relations between Libya and Bangladesh, and the development and cooperation witnessed in a number of areas of common interest, in addition to discussing ways to support and strengthen these relations in a manner that serves the common interests of the two friendly peoples.
Al-Baour praised the positive role played by the Bangladeshi ambassador during his tenure, appreciating his efforts in supporting the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries, and wishing him success in his future diplomatic missions.
For his part, the Bangladeshi Ambassador expressed his gratitude to the Acting Minister and to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation for the cooperation and support he received, which contributed to the success of his mission. He emphasized the depth of bilateral relations and his country's commitment to further developing them.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Al-Baour presented a commemorative plaque on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation to the Bangladeshi Ambassador in recognition of his efforts and contributions, and as a testament to the strong bonds of friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
