Tripoli, December 15, 2025 (LANA) – The Presidency Office of the High Council of State held a meeting today to follow up on developments regarding the sovereign positions file, within the framework of ongoing coordination and communication with the House of Representatives.

The meeting, chaired by Council President Mohamed Takala and his two deputies, reviewed the latest developments in the political roadmap and the efforts aimed at unifying positions and bridging viewpoints, in order to contribute to reaching a comprehensive national consensus that will lead to holding elections.

The meeting also discussed a number of administrative and organizational files and issues related to the High Council of State, within the framework of enhancing the efficiency of institutional performance and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Council.
