Cooperation between Ministry of Health and UNICEF to improve public health in Libya by 2026.

Tripoli, 9 December 2025 (Lana) Acting Minister of Health of the Government of National Unity, Mohamed Al-Ghouj, signed UNICEF's Action Plan for 2026 with UNICEF Representative in Libya, Mohamed Fayyadi.

The joint plan includes the implementation of programs and projects aimed at supporting maternal and child health services, strengthening the health sector's capacity, and improving public health indicators in Libya, in line with the Ministry's priorities and its efforts to improve and develop health services in the coming year.
