Tripoli, December 8, 2025 (LANA) – The Libyan-Turkish Committee held its meeting today, Monday, to follow up on and discuss ways to activate and address the problems related to stalled development projects.
During the meeting, chaired by the Minister of Transportation and Financial Advisor to the Head of the Government of National Unity, Mohamed Al-Shahoubi, the status of the stalled projects was reviewed, along with the necessary legal and financial mechanisms to resolve these issues in a way that guarantees the interests of both contracting parties and preserves the rights of the Libyan state. Emphasis was placed on standardizing procedures and regulating existing commitments according to approved frameworks.
