NOC discusses training programs for 2026 with Schlumberger.

Tripoli, 23 November 2025 (Lana) General Department of Training, Development, and Capacity Building at the National Oil Corporation (NOC) met with the CEO and specialists from Schlumberger, the global energy company, to review the technical training programs implemented by the NOC's Technical and Administrative Development Center in cooperation with the company.

The meeting reviewed the plan approved by the Chairman of the Board for the implementation period and discussed the 2026 training plan, which will include on-the-job training programs at the company's training centers and work sites, aiming to enhance the trainees' skills in accordance with international standards.

The NOC stated that this meeting is part of its efforts to strengthen the capabilities of sector employees, support the strategic objective of increasing oil and gas production, and cooperate with strategic partners to improve performance and increase efficiency.
