Central Bank: Revenues (103.4039) billion dinars, and spending (95.1) billion from January to October

Tripoli, November 11, 2025 (LANA) - The Central Bank of Libya announced today, Tuesday, that total public revenues amounted to (103.4039) billion dinars, and total public spending amounted to (95.1) billion, during the period from January 1 to last October 31.

The bank explained in its monthly report on public revenues and expenditure that oil sales revenues amounted to (86.6) billion dinars, oil royalty revenues amounted to (14.9) billion dinars, in addition to (1.034) billion dinars tax revenues, and (146.5) million customs revenues, while communications revenues amounted to (57) million dinars and (666.4) million dinars other revenues.

The Central Bank added in its report that public spending amounted to (95.1) billion dinars during the same period, indicating that the expenses of Chapter One (salaries) amounted to (55.2) billion dinars, while the expenses of Chapter Two (administrative expenses) amounted to (4.2) billion dinars, and the expenses of Chapter Three (Development) amounted to (3.7) billion dinars, while the expenses of Chapter Four “Support” amounted to (32.0) billion dinars.

The Central Bank of Libya confirmed its continued efforts to achieve the highest rates of disclosure and transparency through many available tools, in order to involve all state institutions and citizens in awareness of the state’s economic and financial reality.
