Takala and Suleiman discuss the stability of oil production and the development of the energy sector infrastructure in Libya

Tripoli, November 11, 2025 (LANA) - Today, President of the High Council of State, Mohamed Takala, discussed with the Chairman of the National Oil Corporation, Masoud Suleiman, ways to stabilize production and modernize the infrastructure of the oil and gas sector in Libya.
The Council stated, through its official page, that the meeting discussed the efforts made by the Corporation to achieve stability in production rates, and the plans it supervises to develop the infrastructure of the oil and gas sector in the country.
Suleiman, President of the High Council of State, was briefed on the latest completed projects and those currently being implemented, in addition to the obstacles facing the institution in implementing these projects.
During the meeting, Takala expressed his full support for the efforts of the National Oil Corporation to expand investment areas, to advance this strategic sector and achieve sustainable development in the country.
